Warranty Information

Limited Frame Warranty – Empire Cycles Limited will repair or replace, at its option, any frame it determines to be defective. The limited warranty is effective for two years from the date of purchase and is applicable to the original owner only.  This warranty does not apply to components attached to the frame such as suspension components, chain retention devices and headsets.

Limited No Fault Replacement – In the event of a crash or any other non warranty situation, Empire Cycles Limited will make replacement parts available to the original owner at a minimal charge. This is done at Empire Cycles sole discretion and it reserves the right to refuse this offer.
